By downloading or using Run Yourself ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Use of the App

Run Yourself is an endless runner game that creates a personalized 3D cartoon character from your selfie. You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

• You may only submit photos that you own or have the right to use.
• You may not submit photos of other people without their consent.
• You may not use the App to harass, defame, or harm others.
• You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the App or its assets.

In-App Purchases

Run Yourself offers the following purchases through Apple's App Store:

• Premium ($4.99, one-time): Unlocks 5 character slots, 50+ AI biomes, no ads, and premium outfits. Non-consumable — pay once, keep forever including on reinstall.
• Avatar Credit ($1.99, consumable): Creates one additional selfie character. Consumable purchases are used once and do not persist across reinstalls.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

AI-Generated Characters

Your 3D character is generated by Tripo AI based on your submitted selfie. Character likeness is AI-generated and may not be an exact representation. We are not responsible if the generated character does not meet your expectations.

Intellectual Property

The App, its gameplay, assets, and original content are owned by Gokhan Turan and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any photos you submit. The AI-generated 3D character is licensed to you for personal use within the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that character generation will always succeed, that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that AI-generated characters will resemble you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gokhan Turan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
