My 3D character doesn't look like me. What can I do?

For the best result, use a well-lit full-body photo with your whole body clearly visible from head to toe. Stand against a plain background, avoid baggy clothes, and make sure the lighting is even. You can retake your photo anytime by long-pressing your character slot (Premium) or using an Avatar Credit.

Character creation is stuck or failed.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection — character generation takes about 2 minutes and requires an active connection throughout. If it fails, tap "Try Again" and keep the app open. If the issue persists, contact us at support@runyourself.run.

I purchased Premium but it's not showing in the app.

Premium is applied instantly after a successful purchase. If it's not appearing, close and reopen the app. You can also tap "Restore Purchases" in the character select screen. If the issue persists, contact us with your Apple ID email and purchase date.

How do I add a family member's character?

Tap the + slot in the character select screen. You'll need Premium to unlock slots 3–5. Each character requires a full-body photo and uses one Avatar Credit (the first one is free).

Can I request a refund?

Refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID to submit a refund request.

Is my photo stored or shared?

No. Your photo is sent to Tripo AI to generate your 3D character and is not stored on our servers. The generated character is saved locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I delete my character?

Long-press your character slot and select "Replace" to overwrite it with a new photo. Since we don't store your character on our servers, deleting the app removes all character data from your device.
